Pain + Change = Forgiveness
Don’t you just hate it when you can’t seem to find anything to watch on tv? The other night I clicked through about 50 movie titles, finally giving up on trying to find something new and then finally turning to something old.
I remembered seeing I Can Only Imagine in the movie theater a few years ago, however, I couldn’t seem to remember the story. When the details of this true story finally surfaced from my deep memory bank — the tears began to flow. Actually, I cried throughout the rest of the movie. It was painful and glorious at the same time.
Although the pain he endured touched my heart in the beginning, it was his act of forgiveness that really ministered to me — not to mention seeing how God can change people.
It’s never too late, friends. It’s never too late…
