Mary Lou

This is one of the few photos that I have of my mom and dad – dated December 18, 1952 – my mom’s 19th birthday. I never heard the story behind this photo, but I’m certain that if my mom had her choice, they were probably going out for dinner and dancing.

Today would have been her 80th birthday.

Interesting….All those years I thought we were quite different, but now I finally realize that we were truly quite the same.

Love you forever….
